Week 16 Part B: Building Out Your Strategy
For our first month of content, we will post on Facebook and Instagram daily. Our content will include ingredient highlights, aromatherapy information, product overviews, soap-making videos, and stories with customer highlights. We will also hold a promotional giveaway to followers that help share our content and like our pages. Our posts will be scheduled in advance with appropriate hashtags and a daily check-in to respond to customers, answer questions, like comments, and follow users. We will check on our yelp page weekly or sooner if we are notified about a negative comment. We will respond to all comments and post new pictures and ensure that our contact information is up to date.
We will live stream from local farmer's markets and maker markets we participate with. During our live stream we will highlight our most popular products and promote the entire event by linking to other vendors (whom we are not competing with) and the community to generate shares and foster relationships.
We believe that this level of promotion will allow us to develop a closer relationship with our customers and connect with our community. Because we are a small community-based business we are focused on making connections and building lasting relationships. Our plan will support this goal.
