Week 12 Part B: Business Specific Tools

I learned from Marissa you can control your customer content by picking which videos represent your brand best and reposting them to your TikTok site. I like this approach because businesses can your customer's reviews to promote specific products. 

Daphne pointed out that Yelp can be a challenge for small businesses to maintain and reply to reviews, but how important it is how a business responds to customers.

Masashi addressed platforms like TikTok as business-specific online tools and illustrated the connection to potential customers if the business approaches its content wisely. 

Kaden reviewed Google Business and brought to light the difficulties in setting up a business account. They also discussed Snack nation an option I wasn’t familiar with, but it sounds like a good site to find details on other platforms. 

Frank discusses how Google Business allows business owners to locate themselves on Google Maps. This option is especially important for brick-and-mortar businesses.
